All sessions are recorded. Live participation is encouraged because you can ask questions about your specific properties, but you can absolutely complete the program on your own schedule. You’ll have access to the recordings after the cohort ends as well.

No. This system is designed for owners who are busy running properties, not spreadsheets for fun. I will walk you through the setup step by step, and the tools are simple enough to maintain in about 1-2 hours/month

Yes. Profit First works just as well for one STR as it does for a portfolio. In fact, starting early makes it easier to grow without developing habits that are hard to unwind later.

Great. Profit First does not replace your accounting. It sits in front of it as a cash flow system. We will talk about how to integrate this with QuickBooks or whatever system you already use, and there is a session with a Profit First accountant to answer technical questions.

That is one of the main problems we solve. You will learn how to use allocation percentages and reserve accounts to smooth out slow months so owner pay is not dependent on whether this weekend filled.

Yes. We will cover structures for multiple owners, management fees, and how to handle properties that sit inside a larger business. The system can be customized to your situation. We do recommend that all partners be on board to implement the system.

Plan on 90 minutes for the live session and about 45 to 60 minutes of implementation. Most participants finish the core setup within the six weeks.
