About Mellisa

Hi, I'm Mellisa! I’m the founder of Studio Prosper and your partner in building profitable, sustainable STR portfolios.

I'm a licensed Realtor, an interior designer, and a total nerd about cash flow management. And I believe that combination is exactly what STR investors need (but rarely find in one place).

I've been in real estate for nearly 20 years, and I've seen it all: beautiful properties that are sitting empty or worse! fully booked properties that somehow aren’t profitable, and investors who work themselves to exhaustion without ever feeling financially secure.

My goal is to help investors break that cycle.

Through Studio Prosper, I combine strategic property guidance, intentional design, and Profit First cash flow management to help you build a sustainable, profitable business.

I started in real estate sales, built a boutique brokerage, remodeled a lot of homes, and eventually stumbled upon Profit First, which completely transformed how I think about STR investing (and business in general, by the way).

Now, I can't imagine helping clients with property strategy or design without also addressing the cash flow piece. They all work together—and when you get all three right, that's when the magic happens.

A Few Things I've Done:
