How Profit First Fits Into Real Estate
Real estate income doesn’t arrive neatly. There are timing gaps, reserve needs, seasonality, repairs, and taxes that don’t always align with monthly rhythms.
We adapt Profit First in a way that respects that.
That means:
looking at individual properties as well as the portfolio as a whole
getting brutally honest with operating expenses
creating reserve strategies that are based in reality
creating a drip system for seasonal fluctuations
prioritizing paying yourself (and knowing what to change if that’s not currently possible)
implementing real estate specific tax strategy and setting aside funds for tax liability
There’s no universal setup. The structure emerges from your goals, your stage of life + business, and how involved you want to be.

Investment: Starting at $1,800/mo, depending on portfolio complexity and history

Audit of your real estate portfolio to assess it’s operations, cash flow, blind spots and areas needing improvement
Customized digital tools and templates for your business
Implementation of a full Profit First banking setup and how to use it
Email and text support throughout our engagement
We move at a pace that allows for real understanding and implementation, so you and your team are empowered to maintain and adapt the system over time.
